Vern is an AI-powered customer data migration platform for vertical SaaS teams. Your new customer uploads or connects their source data, an agent maps and validates it against schemas you define, it asks you about anything genuinely ambiguous, and then it loads clean records into your app — through the UI or through the API.

How is this priced?

Usage is metered in credits, and the number of credits a migration consumes depends on the volume of data processed and the extraction method used. There are no per-user fees. Start on pay-as-you-go credits with a trial allowance, move to Vern Scale for higher limits and priority processing, or talk to us about committed usage, residency and security requirements.

Where is customer data processed, and how is retention handled?

Each tenant is pinned to a data region — United States or Australia — and every database, cache and compute call for that tenant stays inside it. Retention is an admin setting: workbooks auto-delete after 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, or never, and you see how many workbooks each setting would remove before you apply it. We do not use your Customer Data to train foundation models.

Do you support security reviews and compliance certifications?

Yes. Vern maintains an information security program certified to ISO 27001, and regularly completes customer security reviews — we can share documentation and answer vendor security questionnaires directly. GDPR compliance is in progress. Our Trust Center at trust.vern.so has the current detail.
